Privacy Policy

1. Scope and data fiduciary

This Policy applies to buildquick.co.in and the Nous, Plutus, and Tyche demos. BuildQuick, operated by Sachin Kamath, determines how personal data is processed for these Services and acts as the data fiduciary where applicable.

2. Information you provide

Depending on the demo, this may include team and readiness information, task text, uploaded source files, resumes, job descriptions, family-finance demo records, feedback, and messages you choose to send. Please use fictional or non-sensitive information when evaluating public demos.

3. Product-specific storage

• Plutus: demo financial records are encrypted and stored in your browser. Clearing site data removes them. Live bank, Gmail, Account Aggregator, and payment connections are not enabled.
• Tyche: original resume files are read locally and are not uploaded by the current demo. Derived demo resume details and generated session items are stored in your browser or current session.
• Nous: readiness details, tasks, uploaded text sources, workflow results, reviews, and activity may be stored in the hosted demo workspace. Public demo sessions use an expiring browser cookie.

4. Why information is processed

We process information to provide the feature you request, maintain an isolated demo workspace, protect the Services, troubleshoot errors, and respond to messages. We do not sell personal data or use product-demo data for advertising.

5. AI processing

Nous uses a local evidence engine by default. If model processing is explicitly enabled, only selected and redacted task context and source passages are sent to the configured AI provider; complete files and workspace names are not intentionally sent. Model processing is disabled in the current public demo unless clearly indicated in the interface.

6. Cookies and analytics

Nous uses a strictly necessary session cookie to isolate and restore its demo workspace. Plutus and Tyche use browser storage for local demo state. The current demos do not use advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.

7. Sharing and processors

Information may be handled by infrastructure providers needed to host and secure the Services, and by an AI provider only when model processing is enabled. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users, rights, and service security. We do not sell or rent personal data.

8. Retention and deletion

Browser-local data remains until you clear or reset it. Nous demo workspaces expire and are deleted opportunistically; a guaranteed retention schedule, export workflow, and legal-hold system are not yet offered. You may request deletion using the contact below and should include enough information to identify the relevant demo session.

9. Security

Controls include encrypted local storage in Plutus, secure session cookies in Nous, source minimisation, redaction, sensitive-pattern blocking, and human review. No prototype is risk-free. Do not upload passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, private keys, medical records, or highly confidential business information.

10. Your choices and rights

You may stop using a demo, clear browser-local data, reset Plutus, or request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or grievance support where applicable. We will verify and respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable Indian law.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18 and are not intended to collect their personal data. Do not enter a child’s real personal or financial information into a public demo.

12. International access and changes

The demos are operated from India and may use service providers in other countries. We will update this Policy when data practices materially change and will revise the effective date above.
